Every now and then in your life you reach a plateau. It is then time to trace the path to the next plateau. Sometimes, it happens in ways you were not expecting. If you don’t realize that you’ve just reached a turning point in your life, you may really take a down slide to… nowhere and it’ll be harder and harder to reach your goals. If you tackle the opportunity that comes your way, even though it may not sound like an opportunity whatsoever at first, you’ll work your way up to the next plateau. It’s like in judo, you use your opponent’s strength to defeat him.

Let me explain and give you an example. Three years ago, I was scouting Southern California for filming purposes. And overnight, my life changed. I had to leave this job which was keeping me away from home most of the day, often even more than that. Suddenly, I had to be home full time to take care of my husband who had just been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and given little time to live. So what now, what was I going to do?

Naturally, glued at home, I turned to the internet for a living. Unbeknown to me at the time, I had started a journey to finding health and wealth.

A lot of things came out of this sudden life reorientation. First, my husband is much better and not about to die anymore. This blog is the continuing research for better ways to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

As for what I’m concerned, I’ve become a full-fledged French Tutor. I tutor French and write bilingual stories in English and French.
